• Holds a BA in economics and management from Tel Aviv University.

Mr. Tirosh has over 15 years of experience in corporate management, business development and finance as well as in legal consulting.

Mr. Tirosh served as legal counsel, corporate secretary and business development manager of Lapidoth during the years 2005-2008. Following 4 years’ stay in Bulgaria, Mr. Tirosh rejoined Lapidoth in 2012 as Chief Financial and Investment Officer and he also serves as director in Scailex Corporation Ltd. and Sunny Electronics Ltd (both traded in TASE) as well as in all foreign subsidiaries of the group established in Belgium, Cyprus and Bulgaria.

Mr. Tirosh holds MBA, LLB degree and BA degree in economics, all graduated cum laude from Tel-Aviv University

• Evgeny has 10 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting.
• Evgeny holds a BA in economics and accounting and an MBA, both from Tel Aviv University.
• Evgeny Cherkassky also Serves as Director and CEO in Suny Electronics Ltd. (TASE: Suny) and as director and CFO in Vista Trade Finance and Services S.A.
